What is the WhatsApp link format?
A WhatsApp click-to-chat link has the form https://wa.me/<number>?text=<message>. The number is written in full international format: country code first, with no plus sign, spaces, dashes, brackets or leading zeros.
For example, the Lebanese mobile 03 123 456 becomes wa.me/9613123456, and the UAE mobile 050 123 4567 becomes wa.me/971501234567.
The message after ?text= is URL-encoded, so spaces and Arabic or French characters travel safely in the link; the generator encodes it for you.
